Coverage and Selling Infrastructure
Abudawood is the single largest distributor in the country covering over 150,000 stores through a robust infrastructure setup that enables it to reach customers in metros, cities as well as in the remotest parts of the country. A network of 50 spacious, organized and well equipped warehouses along with 200 sub-distributors in the rural areas throughout the country ensure safe storage and efficient movement of goods to the customers. A fleet of over 1,200 motor bikes and delivery vans and over 1,200 S&D personnel are dedicated to serve the market on any single day.

A large investment in advanced information and communication technology allows Abudawood to monitor distribution, marketplace as well as the supply chain which helps immensely in the decision making process. The recent introduction of SAP makes Abudawood the pioneer in state of the art ERP solution deployment in S&D in Pakistan. In line with our vision of becoming the Best in Class S&D company in the region, we have chosen the Best in Class Wholesale and Distribution Module in SAP. This module has been developed by researching the processes of over 500 companies the world over and standardizing these processes via SAP. A comprehensive Change Management process was deployed to take our teams on board and manage a smooth transition from the old system to SAP
